Admins are responsible for how their users collect and manage feedback. Trufeed is not liable for user-generated content.

You must ensure:

• You have the legal right to process end-user feedback
• End users are properly informed (via your own privacy policies)

6. Integrations and APIs

You grant Trufeed permission to:

• Access connected tools (e.g., Jira, Slack, Asana) on your behalf
• Store metadata to maintain sync between feedback and tickets

Trufeed is not responsible for third-party service uptime or policies.

7. Subscription & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize charges via our payment processor
• You agree to recurring billing, unless canceled
• Refunds are issued at our discretion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abuse, fraud, or security breaches
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may also cancel your account anytime via your dashboard.
